This domestic project involved the design of a one-off house in the Caerleon area of Newport. Apart from the general structural elements, issues arose with regard to flood levels, a more common occurence in this area at present. Thorough liason with the local authority and the Environment Agency, the project progressed and is scheduled for completion in December 2006.
