Condition Surveys

We will happily undertake condition surveys to establish the condition of a property or structure at a given point in time so that clients can assess the stability or deterioration of the structure in question at a later date. This would be appropriate in circumstances where, for example, a major road was being built close to a property and the owner wanted to have a record of the condition of the property prior to work commencing, just in case the property was adversely affected by the building works.
