Heritage Coast Park, Ogmore

The development of Penmore flats on the coast at Ogmore involved the full cross section of engineering challenges. The flats were completed in approximately December 2005.

The development involved a refurbished concrete structure on ground floor level with a combination of structural steelwork and traditional masonry at higher levels. The feature balconies to the elevations required significant impact and liason with both the NHBC and the steel fabricators in order to achieve the desired end product.
