Investors in People (IIP)

If our clients are important to us then our staff are equally important. At SMA we pride ourselves on providing staff with an inclusive and supportive environment in which they feel valued and able to develop additional skills on both a professional and personal level.

We believe that helping staff reach their own goals and achieve success on an individual level ultimately creates a collective and positive impact on the success of SMA.

To this end, our staff are actively encouraged to pursue additional qualifications and maintain a schedule of continuing professional development. In order to demonstrate our commitment to these values, SMA undertook a programme of activity to achieve IIP status and was rewarded with the accreditation in December 2005.
