Wattsville Housing Development

The 66 home development was literally built on the side of a mountain and raised the full spectrum of civil and structural engineering. The steep site provided a number of obstacles including the drainage, retaining walls and difficult ground conditions.

The project is ongoing with several properties in the first phase now inhabited.
