Whether it’s a new build project, or the refurbishment and adaptation of existing buildings, Steve Morgan Associates has the required capability and experience. This includes apartments, student accommodation, offices, schools, medical centres, commercial and retail premises, as well as fire stations and other specialised projects. We frequently work closely with local authorities on regeneration schemes, such as refurbishments for schools and offices, and we are able to advise on all relevant regulatory aspects of the project.
Within the commercial project field we traditionally operate as part of a design team. We work closely alongside Architects and other building professionals to translate their designs into detailed plans and proposals ready to be put out to tender. Once planning permission has been granted and the design team assembled, SMA has a major role within the project team. We pride ourselves on our role in Value Engineering, a process that we feel is a major strength within our organisation.
